Migrate any HighLevel account to Votel.ai

Pick the websites, funnels, automations and contacts you want and Super Votel exports them from HighLevel as one portable zip. Thirteen categories, your data in files you can open, and nothing rebuilt from screenshots.

  • Free, key lands in your inbox
  • Select exactly what exports
  • Works on white-label domains
  • Runs in your browser, nothing uploaded

Free · No card · The key is in your inbox in about a minute

Super Votel is an independent tool by Fer Patel. It is not associated with Votel or with HighLevel.

13 categories

Websites, funnels, automations, contacts and the small stuff they depend on. You pick which ones export.

One zip

Everything lands in a single file on your machine, in JSON and HTML you can open, keep and rebuild from.

Free

No card, no trial, no upsell inside the tool. Drop your email, get a key, run it on as many sub-accounts as you like.

Made for the move HighLevel gives you no export for.

Snapshots only go from one HighLevel account to another. They cannot leave the platform.
Rebuilding from screenshots and memory takes weeks, and the details are the first thing lost.
You want a real backup of the account you spent years on, whether or not you ever move it.
How it works

Four steps. Your account is out.

Super Votel ships as a zip you load into Chrome yourself. That keeps it out of a store review queue and lets me push fixes the day I make them. Your key works on every version.

Get your free key above and the download button appears here. It is also in the key email.

Get your free key

Drop your email above. The key and the download link land in your inbox in about a minute. No card, nothing to cancel.

02

Load it into Chrome

Unzip the download somewhere you will not delete, open chrome://extensions, switch on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick the folder.

03

Open the sub-account and pick

Sign in to HighLevel the way you always do, click the Super Votel icon, paste the key once, and tick the categories you want. Looking at one workflow or funnel? Export just that one.

04

Export

Hit Export and one zip lands in your Downloads folder with a report of what was captured. Run it again for the next sub-account.

What exports

13 categories. Export the ones you choose.

From the heavy lifters down to the custom fields and tags your workflows quietly depend on. Tick a whole group, a single category, or just the one item you are looking at.

The small stuff everything else depends on

  • Custom FieldsCustom field definitions for contacts and other objects.
  • Custom ValuesWorkspace-level custom values used in templates and workflows.
  • TagsContact tags defined in the sub-account.
  • Phone SystemPhone numbers, Twilio account config and 10DLC campaign status.
Inside the zip
  • One folder per category, each with a _manifest.json listing exactly what was captured.
  • Funnel and website pages as HTML with links rewritten to relative paths, so they open by double-clicking. The JSON definition and global sections sit next to them.
  • Workflows as workflow.json and triggers.json, one folder per workflow, in the same folders you used in HighLevel.
  • Contacts one folder each, with the record, every conversation and every message.
  • export-report.md at the root: what was captured, what was skipped and why. export-summary.json is the same thing for a script.
  • Live Site Crawl adds an integration audit (forms, pixels, calendars, payments found in the pages) and a reconnect checklist for after the move.
Heads up: what it does and does not do

Super Votel exports. It does not push anything into Votel yet. Votel builds from a description, so having every page, automation and contact in a folder you can open is most of the work; the Academy covers the rebuild step by step. Direct import is on the roadmap and everyone holding a key hears first.

Not in the export today:

  • Pipelines and opportunities
  • Products, invoices and payments
  • Memberships and courses
  • Media library files
  • Email builder designs
  • Users and permissions

Plan a short pass after the move to reconnect integrations, domains, payment gateways and tracking. The reconnect checklist in the zip is the list to work from.

Why I built it

Nobody should have to rebuild six years of work from screenshots.

When I decided to move my focus to Votel, the first question was the same one every agency owner asks: what happens to everything I built? The honest answer used to be "you rebuild it, by hand, from memory."

Super Votel exists so that the answer is "you export it, and then you rebuild it from the export." Votel builds from a description, so having every page, every automation, and every contact in a folder you can open is most of the battle.

It comes from the same family as Super Auditor, Super Cloner, and Super Migrator on allthingsghl.com. Same approach: runs in your own browser, nothing uploaded to me.

Straight answers.

Does it move things into Votel automatically?
Not yet. Today Super Votel gets everything out of HighLevel cleanly and in one place, which is the part that used to take days of screenshots and copy-paste. Rebuilding on Votel is fast because Votel builds from a description, and the Academy covers exactly how to do it from an export. Direct import is on the roadmap and everyone holding a key hears first.
What is actually inside the zip?
One folder per category you ticked, each with a _manifest.json that lists exactly what was captured. Funnels and websites come as JSON definitions plus their published pages as HTML with links rewritten so they open straight from the folder. Automations come as workflow.json and triggers.json per workflow. Contacts come one folder each, with contact.json and every conversation and message. At the root you get export-report.md, the human-readable breakdown, and export-summary.json, the same thing for a script.
Does it work on a white-label HighLevel domain?
Yes. Super Votel recognises a HighLevel sub-account by the page it is on, not by the domain, so an agency's white-label URL works the same as app.gohighlevel.com.
Is this an official Votel or HighLevel product?
No. Super Votel is my own tool, built independently. It is not associated with Votel or with HighLevel, and neither company endorses it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Super Votel is free. The license key is how I know who is using it and can tell you when a new version lands. No card, no trial, no upsell inside the tool.
Is it safe?
It runs in your own browser, in a session you are already signed into, and the export goes straight to your machine. Nothing is uploaded to me. I built Super Auditor on the same principle and it has been running that way for a year.
I am not leaving HighLevel. Is it still useful?
Yes. A full portable backup of an agency account is worth having even if you never move it. Most agencies have never made one.

Stop rebuilding accounts from screenshots.
